Cumulative character DC lexicon frequency

Description:

For a downcased type, the cumulative lexicon frequency of all downcased characters contained; calculated case-insensitively.

Lexicon frequency is the number of occurrences of a sublexical element (e.g., a syllable, or a character) in the list of types.
